How does it work?
1 First Contact
Whether you choose "The Gentle Nudge" package, "The Perfect Balance" or the "Di Lusso" package, your experience begins with our first exchange. It is crucial for us to precisely understand your expectations, travel habits, and preferences in order to tailor your journey as closely as possible. This initial meeting is also an opportunity to advise you on the most suitable package for your needs, if you are still undecided. It's also a chance for us to introduce ourselves and start building the first ties of mutual trust.
3 Payment
If the adventure appeals to you, we send you the invoice, and you then proceed to pay a 30% deposit using the proposed payment methods. Upon receipt of your deposit, we immediately begin preparing your trip.
2 Proposal
Within 72 hours of our initial contact, you receive a summary and we submit a preliminary travel proposal to you, along with a price range for your stay and the terms of sale.
4 Confirmation
Within 10 to 15 days, we present your final travel plan and for "The Perfect Balance" and "Di Lusso" packages, the reservations for your trip. All reservations are sent to you by email, along with the corresponding links. Following this, you proceed with the payment of the remaining amount due.
